We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

⏳ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment and order confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

We work with trusted carriers and suppliers to deliver your order safely.

Australia: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
International: Estimated delivery within 14–30 business days, depending on location.

⚠️ Please note: While most customers receive their orders within 14 days, international shipping may take up to 90 days due to customs delays or carrier issues outside our control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum timeframe (90 days), please contact us. We will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
